KRISVANASSCHE closes down

sad news as belgian designer Kris Van Assche announced to close his eponymous label to concentrate on his role as creative director at Dior Homme. the spring/ summer 2016 show is cancelled and the upcoming fall/ winter 2015 collection will not be delivered.

i recently finished the first (and due to cancellation also the last) season of Pan Am. i really liked it, especially Ted for his striking choice of shirts. the one he's wearing below could be straight from a Engineered Garments summer collection. rumors say that Amazon is in talks with Sony Pictures picking up the series for a second season. let's hope for it.
