the stand-out piece from Nigel Cabourn's 2014 fall/ winter collection is by far the Coastal Command Jacket which is based on a RAF jacket from World War II. made in Scotland from british Redwood sheepskin and army duck canvas this will keep you warm even in the harshest conditions, but be prepared to spend £3000 for this excellent piece at their webshop.

Supreme x Stone Island Raso Gommato Cover Nero Jacket

you surely heard the rumors about the upcoming collaboration between Supreme and italian outerwear heavyweight Stone Island. now it's official as Supreme anounced the collection to be release on 2nd October today. it consists of the Nero Jacket, hoodies, a crewneck sweat, sweatpants and 5-panel caps. the Nero jacket features a wind & water-resistant cotton satin fabric which is bonded to a polyurethane coating with a removable garment-dyed down liner.

if you still have to gear up for the winter season, Danner provides some serious footwear, in this case a special collaboration with wings + horns. the boot is constructed from a single piece of Horween Cavalier Chromexcel leather and is 100% waterproof and breathable as it's a equipped with a GORE-TEX lining. handmade in Danner's Portland factory and limited to 400 pairs they're available from their webshop or from wings + horns instore and online.

Stone Island Raso Hand Painted Tortoise Shell Jacket

East Touch x Birkenstock "#1000th Issue" Zürich

my favorite Birkenstock model, the Zürich, gets a collaboration with Hong Kong based magazine East Touch. called the "#1000th Issue", it features a black suede upper with gold metal buckles on the classic Birk cork footbed paired with a white outsole. it's available at East Touch's webshop, unfortunately only up to size 43. maybe my local Birkenstock dealer can customize a regular pair of Zürich for me as these look fantastic.
